Swaddled Babe is committed to our customers and it is important to us that you love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly exchange your product(s) for product(s) in stock of equal purchase value. Refunds are available only if the product is damaged or faulty.
To make an Exchange or Return:
- Email us within 5 days of order delivery. Please include your order number.
- Ship items back to us within 30 days of purchase. For Pre-Order returns or exchanges, ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in original condition and with original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Pre-Sale items, unless damaged or faulty
- Gift Cards
If the item being exchanged or returned was a gift given to you and mailed directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Please retain the order number for our reference to help you. On receipt of the returned item, we will email a gift certificate to you.
Shipping of your Exchange or Return
When making an exchange or return, return postage will be the sender's responsibility. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. However, when an exchange is being made, once we have received the item being exchanged, Swaddled Babe will pay for shipping the new item at your original shipping method. If you need us to ship your item to a different address from the one listed on the original order, please let us know.
Packages Returned by Carrier as Undeliverable
In the event that Swaddled Babe receives a returned package from the carrier up to 40 days from the shipment date, the order will be refunded to the original payment method. If the package returns undeliverable after 40 days, the order will be reimbursed as a store credit.
